These Rules govern the public part of GriffonHub on griffonhub.ru: profiles, published works, likes, follows, collections and notifications. They supplement the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy; for the public part, these Rules prevail. The Russian version is the governing text.
1. General
1.1.The public part of the Service means user profiles at griffonhub.ru/u/<username>, published works, the feed, likes, follows, collections, views and notifications. The Service has no chat and no comments.
1.2.By using the public part — choosing a username, making your profile public, publishing, liking and following — you accept these Rules.
1.3.Users aged 16 or older may publish; younger users only with the permission and under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians.
2. Profile
2.1.Your profile is private by default: only you see it and your works. It becomes public with your first publication (the Service warns you beforehand) or when you make it public in settings. A private profile is hidden from others entirely; your followers are kept.
2.2.A public profile shows everyone, including search engines: your username, name, profile photo, cover, plan badge (can be hidden), year of sign-up, published works, numbers of works, followers and following, the follower and following lists, the collections you made public and the case decorations you put on. You can hide your profile from search engines in settings.
2.3.A username consists of Latin letters, digits and _, 3 to 24 characters, and can be changed at most once every 30 days. The old profile address redirects to the new one for 7 days.
2.4.You may not impersonate another person, the Administration or an official account, or use other people's names, brands, or the words GriffonHub, support, administrator or moderator in your username and name. Only the Administration grants the official account badge.
2.5.No links, advertising or third parties' contact details in your name. Profile photos and covers go through the same check as publications (section 5).
2.6.The Administration may require you to change a username, name, photo or cover that violates the Rules, or replace them itself.
3. Publishing works
3.1.You may publish only your own work created in the Service: an image, video, music, voiceover or sound. 3D models and presentations are not published.
3.2.When publishing, you decide whether to show the prompt and references (the photos and videos you attached to the generation; audio attached to a generation is not shown) and whether others may download the file. If your voice is heard in the work (for example, a talking photo with your recording), it is published together with the work. Works have no titles, descriptions or author tags: the Service assigns categories automatically from the prompt.
3.3.The Use button on someone else's publication fills the generation form with its prompt (if the author showed it) and settings — model, format, style. Other people's photos and the author's own voices are never passed on.
3.4.By publishing a work you grant the Administration a free non-exclusive license to reproduce it and make it available to the public within the Service — in your profile, the feed, the work page, notifications to followers and link previews in messengers, social networks and search engines — for as long as the work stays published. The rights to the work remain yours.
3.5.You can unpublish or delete a work at any time. An unpublished work is visible only to you, its likes and views are kept; after 30 days unpublished, its file copies are deleted. Deleting a publication is irreversible; the work itself stays in My works until its storage period ends.
3.6.A published work is stored as long as it is published: the Service keeps a separate copy of its file and the shown references for that purpose.
3.7.Up to 30 publications a day. A new site account without a confirmed email and without linked Telegram can publish one day after sign-up.
4. People in photos and videos
4.1.You may show references depicting people only if they show you or you have the depicted people's consent to publication (Art. 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). The Service asks you to confirm this before publishing and records the confirmation. Shown references go through the same automatic 18+ check as the work; if they fail it, the references are removed from the publication and the work stays.
4.2.Publishing works made from real people's photos without their consent, deepfakes, and images that damage honour, dignity or business reputation is prohibited.
4.3.If a publication depicts you without your consent, contact support or the email in Contacts and we will take it down.
5. What you may not publish
5.1.The prohibitions of section 7 of the Terms of Service apply. In addition, profiles and publications may not contain:
- erotica and pornography, including drawn, and explicit 18+ content;
- violence, cruelty, self-harm, weapons shown as a threat;
- extremism, terrorism, drug propaganda, calls for unlawful acts;
- incitement of hatred, insults, harassment, threats;
- advertising, spam, links, artificial boosting, fraud;
- other people's works and copyrighted material passed off as your own;
- third parties' personal data.
6. Moderation
6.1.Profile names and prompts are checked automatically. Images (for videos — the preview frame) are checked for 18+ content by an automated classifier; until the check is done the work is visible only to its author, usually for a few seconds.
6.2.Any signed-in user can report a publication. After reports from three different users, the publication is hidden until a moderator decides. Reports are anonymous: the author does not learn who sent them.
6.3.A moderator may remove a publication, restore it, ban the author from publishing (all their publications are then removed) and apply measures under the Terms. The author is notified of removal and restoration with the reason.
6.4.If you disagree with a decision, contact support (My requests on the site) within 30 days. The request is handled under section 12 of the Terms.
7. Likes, follows, collections, blocking
7.1.Only signed-in users can like and follow; you cannot like your own works. The Likes tab is visible only to you.
7.2.You can bookmark works you like (the Saved tab is visible only to you) and gather works — your own and others' — into collections. A new collection is private; a public one is visible to everyone who opens your profile: its name and those of its works they can see themselves. A work its author unpublished disappears from other people's collections for everyone else; a deleted one disappears completely. A collection name follows the same rules as a profile name (section 2).
7.3.You can block any user from the menu of their profile or work. Once blocked, you don't see each other's profiles and works, follows both ways are removed, and the blocked user can't follow you or like your works and disappears from your notifications. They are not notified. Only you see your block list; you can unblock in settings.
7.4.Items from cases (see the Game mechanics) decorate your public profile: the tag by your name, your profile colour, charm, 3D mascot, work frames, a background cover and a showcase of up to six items. Every visitor sees them; a frame is set on a work when you publish it and changed via Edit. With Simple cards on in settings, you stop seeing other people's frames and tags.
7.5.In your own profile you see weekly statistics — views, likes and new followers; they are not shown to others. The Service compiles People to follow from public profiles with works — by weekly likes and number of followers; private profiles, blocked users and those you already follow are left out.
7.6.A view is counted when a work is opened: one viewer at most once a day; the author's own views and automated programs are not counted.
7.7.Artificial boosting is prohibited: bots, multiple accounts, likes for rewards. Limits apply: up to 300 likes an hour, up to 100 follows an hour and up to 2000 follows in total. The Administration may recalculate counters and cancel boosted actions.
8. Notifications
8.1.Notifications about new followers, likes, new works of people you follow and moderation decisions are shown on the site only. New-work notifications can be turned off in settings.
9. Deleting the profile and account
9.1.You can delete your account in profile settings on the site. Your profile is hidden immediately and plan auto-renewal is turned off; the account is deleted after 30 days, and until then the deletion can be cancelled.
9.2.Deletion erases the profile and publications with their file copies, likes, follows, bookmarks, collections, blocks, notifications, works, photo library, chats with Eva and support, your own voices and sign-in data. Payment records and receipts are kept for the periods required by law. Remaining Griffs are cancelled on deletion; unused purchased Griffs and the unused part of a paid plan can be refunded before deletion under section 9 of the Public Offer.
10. Liability
10.1.The author is responsible for what they publish — the work, the prompt and the references. The Administration does not pre-screen publications and acts on automated checks and reports.
10.2.The Administration may remove a publication or restrict the public part for an account without prior notice when needed to comply with the law, third parties' rights or these Rules.
11. Changes
11.1.We may change these Rules by publishing a new version at griffonhub.ru/docs/community. By continuing to use the public part after a new version is published, you accept it.
