By signing up on griffonhub.ru, starting the bot @griffonAibot or opening the mini app, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below. Details are in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
1. To whom I give consent
1.1.To the Operator — Aleksandr Sergeevich Samosadov, professional income tax payer (self-employed), tax ID 781431043508, support@griffonhub.ru.
2. Which data
2.1.Telegram account data (ID, username, name, language); website account data (name, email, password hash, VK ID, Yandex ID); data on use of the Service, payments and subscription; request texts, uploaded files, voice samples and generation results; conversations with the Eva assistant, the chat with models and support; consent records; IP address and browser data. Full list — section 2 of the Policy.
3. What for
3.1.So that the Operator provides the Service to me under the Public Offer: runs the account and sign-in, performs generations and presentations, assistant and model chat replies, stores and shows my works, accepts payments and runs the subscription, issues receipts, handles requests and refunds, runs the affiliate program and gifts, protects the Service from abuse (section 3 of the Policy).
4. What may be done with it
4.1.Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automation.
5. Recipients and cross-border transfer
5.1.I agree to data being shared with the parties listed in section 6 of the Policy (model providers, payment and email services, hosting, sign-in and bot-protection services, the Tax Service for receipts) to the extent needed for these purposes.
5.2.I agree to cross-border transfer of the content of my requests, files, messages to the assistant and the chat with models, as well as technical data to the USA, Sweden and the Netherlands, including countries that do not provide adequate protection of data subjects’ rights (section 7 of the Policy). My name, email and payment data are not sent abroad to model providers.
6. Term and withdrawal
6.1.The consent is valid until withdrawn or until the account is deleted.
6.2.I can withdraw it by writing to support@griffonhub.ru or via “My requests” on the website. Withdrawal means deleting the account: unused purchased Griffs and the unused part of a subscription are refunded under section 9 of the Offer. After withdrawal the Operator may continue processing without consent where the law allows it (Art. 9(2) of 152-FZ) — for example, keeping payment records.
Separate consents
Marketing emails are a separate consent: it is given with a separate checkbox and switched off in account settings, and the Service can be used without it. Subscription auto-renewal with a saved card is a term of the subscription: it is disclosed before payment, and you can turn it off and unlink the card any time in “My subscription”.
